Are your services and prices the same in every area?
Yes. Every area gets the same plans, the same visit checklist and the same written report with photos and readings after every visit. Home watch plans start at $65 a month, and boat watch, keyholder, storm and concierge services can be added anywhere we work.
My home is just outside these areas. Can you still help?
Possibly. Call or text 239-356-6600 and tell us where the home is. We will tell you honestly whether we can cover it on schedule.
Do you respond to emergencies in every area?
Yes. We answer around the clock for alarms, leaks, outages and storm damage anywhere we serve, for home watch clients and for keyholder-only clients.
