We do offer to grocery shop for our valued clients, should you wish to send us your list and time of arrival we will shop for you at either Wal-Mart or Publix and put all items in your home ready for your visit. The fee for this service is $50 plus the cost of the purchase..
This is another popular service by our clients, you can place your InstaCart order and let us know the scheduled delivery time. We will meet the driver, unload, and put away all of the cold and dry food. The fee for this service is $35.
Our team can coordinate or supervise any needed repairs or parties working in or around your home. Our fee for this service is $35 p/hour with a one-hour minimum.
If you need work done at your home or if you have deliveries that need to come, let us assist you. We charge $35 p/hour with a one-hour minimum.
Some of our clients let family or friends use their homes. We can meet your guests and let them in or provide them with a key at your request. The price for this service is $35 p/hour with a one-hour minimum.
No one likes a dead battery, let us start your engine and check for leaks on our regular visits or we can check on any trickle charger you have installed. The price for this service is $5.00 per month.
During a scheduled home inspection we will pick up and forward your mail. The cost is $10 plus the cost of postage.
One of our most popular services, during a scheduled visit we will pick up your mail and scan it to the email of your choice. We will then place the mail in your home on the next scheduled visit. The price for this service is $10.00
You provide the instructions, we will provide the watering to keep your plants looking healthy year-round. The price for this service is included in our 4-visit per month tier and $10 for all other plans.
We have partnered with what we consider one of the best cleaning companies in this area. Her work is amazing and we use her ourselves. We will set that up for you and coordinate opening the house and closing the house. If you have your own company, we will happily work with them as well.
Have a water system that requires salt? Let us get your system ready by replenishing salt for you or your guests. The cost for this service is $35, plus salt.
We provide notary services. We come to you and will handle all of your notarial needs. This service is $10 for our clients.
