Our story
How it all started
We know that potential clients want to feel comfortable with who is watching their home and as home watch customers and providers, we fully understand. I am Ryan Gartrell and I co-own Trident Home Watch with my amazing wife, Mandy. Our strong belief is in the 3 pillars of business: Trust – Communication – Privacy and we strive hard every day to meet these principles.
I have been an active Real Estate Agent for over 25 years primarily in property management and have been actively engaged in the construction trade for the last 10 years. I have worked as a Home Inspector in both Georgia and Missouri helping homeowners protect their properties. I have also completed training to become a Certified Professional Inspector as well as many other certifications that assist me in providing home watch services to you.
We started Trident Home Watch because many people travel or have more than one home and struggle to find qualified home watch professionals as we did. If you’re off on a vacation, busy in another place, or looking after rental homes, we’re here to help. Our goal? Make sure your home stays safe and just as you left it.
