Home watch plans start at $65 a month for one visit, $109 a month for two visits and $179 a month for four visits, with a written report after every visit. Add-ons like boat watch are priced per visit.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. There is no long-term contract.
Do you cover my area?
We cover Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Fort Myers, McGregor and Iona, The Landings, Pine Island, Bokeelia, St. James City, Burnt Store Marina and Punta Gorda. If you are just outside those areas, call or text and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover your home.
