What is the difference between home watch, condo watch and estate watch?
They follow the same approach, scaled to the property. Condo Watch focuses on what goes wrong in condos, like AC drain lines and leaks between units, and starts at $55 a month. Home Watch covers single-family homes and starts at $65. Estate Watch is for homes over 3,500 square feet and starts at $85.
Do I need a monthly plan to use your other services?
No. Keyholder service, storm services, vacation watch and boat-only visits are all available without a monthly plan. Some services, like boat watch at $25 a visit, cost less when added to a plan.
How much does home watch cost?
Home Watch plans are $65 a month for one visit, $109 for two and $179 for four. Every visit ends with a written report.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes. Trident Home Watch is licensed in Cape Coral (002934-2023) and Lee County (1084799), carries $1,000,000/$2,000,000 general liability insurance and a $20,000 bond, and everyone who enters your home has passed a fingerprint background check.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month to month.
